Terms and Conditions

• Custom design for invitations, stationery, signage, and event identity.
• Production oversight, printing facilitation, and delivery coordination.
• Related creative services as described in proposals or invoices.

• Quotes are valid for the period stated in the proposal. Prices may change after that period.
• Orders begin after written confirmation and payment of the booking amount specified in the quote.
• Proofs and digital mockups must be reviewed carefully. Your written approval is final sign off.
• After final approval, changes may incur additional charges and may affect timelines.

You confirm you have the right to use any content you supply, including names, logos, photographs, crests, or fonts. You grant us a limited license to use such materials to fulfill your order.

• Payment schedule and accepted methods are set out in the invoice or proposal.
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise.
• Late payments may pause work and delivery until dues are cleared.

• Booking amounts are typically non refundable because studio time is reserved.
• If you cancel after design work has begun, fees for work completed and committed costs will apply.
• Custom products cannot be resold, so refunds are limited once production starts.

• Estimated timelines are provided for design, approvals, and production. These are good faith estimates.
• Delays caused by late approvals, scope changes, or supplier issues may shift delivery dates.
• Risk passes to you on delivery to the address or pickup location you specify.

We may showcase non sensitive aspects of completed work in our portfolio, website, and social channels. If you prefer privacy, tell us in writing at the start of the project and we will honor reasonable requests.

• Unless agreed otherwise, original design and working files remain our intellectual property.
• You receive a personal, non transferable license to use the final deliverables for the intended event.
• Reproduction, resale, or modification outside the agreed scope requires our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for delays outside our control. Our total liability will not exceed the total fees you paid for the order that gave rise to the claim.

Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, epidemics, supply chain disruptions, or government actions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan will have exclusive jurisdiction. We encourage good faith negotiation before any formal action.

We may update these Terms when needed. The updated version will be identified by the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
